FHFA awards NARTech a 5-Year Application Development Support Services Contract

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) awarded NARTech a 5-Year contract to provide Application Development Support Services for FHFA’s more than thirty (30) internally developed applications. These applications support FHFA’s mission to regulate and supervise Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and twelve (12) Federal Home Loan Banks.

As one of only six U.S. companies appraised at CMMI L4, NARTech brings a Quantitative Management approach to its contract performance delivery.

NARTech awarded a 3-year IV&V contract by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

NARTech, a CMMI Level 4 organization, is pleased to announce that they have been selected by HUD to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Under this 3-year IV&V contract, NARTech will provide quality assurance and control services to support the successful implementation of HUD’s IT projects, systems and services, including solution development and delivery for the various program areas within the agency, using industry standards, such as PMBOK, CMMI and IEEE.

As one of only six U.S. companies appraised at CMMI L4, NARTech brings a Quantitative Management approach to its contract performance delivery. In support of HUD’s Development – Modernization - Enhancement initiative, NARTech will initially provide IV&V support for:

HUD’s Budget Formulation and Forecasting (BFF) Portfolio and Risk Management Tool (PRMT) Affordable Housing and Data Architecture (AHDA) Cash Management (CASH), and the HUD Central Accounting and Program System (HUDCAPS) Migration. NARTech continues to deploy highly experienced teams and innovative methods, technology, and tools to help agencies modernize complex program enterprises.

HUD awards NARTech a 3-year HUD Enforcement Center Management System (HEMS) contract

NARTech, a CMMI Level 4 organization is pleased to announce their selection as HUD’s Enforcement Center Management Systems (HEMS) contract awardee.

In support of HUD’s Development – Modernization - Enhancement initiative, under this 3-year contract, NARTech will provide development services to consolidate six (6) HUD application systems currently supporting enforcement lines of business, and subsequently expand the functionality previously provided by the separate systems. The existing systems automate business processes related to HUD Investigations and Enforcement within the Regulatory, Legislative and Enforcement (RLE) Segment of the Enterprise Architecture.

​NARTech today announced that it has been appraised at the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 4. With this significant achievement, NARTech joins an elite group of only six (6) other US Companies who have reached this notable milestone, according to the CMMI Institute’s Published Appraisal Results. A CMMI Level 4 appraisal places NARTech among the Top 6.4% of companies in the USA and among the Top 9.2% CMMI appraised companies in the world.

CMMI is a process improvement approach for software engineering projects that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that improve their performance, and results in high quality, consistent and efficient service delivery.

An appraisal at CMMI Level 4 indicates that NARTech as an organization is performing at a “quantitatively managed” level, in which the organization and projects establish quantitative objectives for quality and process performance and use them as criteria in managing projects and predicting results. It demonstrates how well NARTech does in terms of productivity, quality, and risk management on its software engineering federal government contracts in comparison to others in this industry through the implementation of 392 practices in 20 process areas.
